Your order is very important to us. Your order will be processed within 2 business days of its receipt.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. If you do not wish to give your credit card information on-line, you can phone it in to us at 337-408-3730. Purchases paid by way of Check or Money Order will not be shipped until the check or money order clears the bank.
Shipping costs on all orders will be the actual cost of shipping incurred by The Borne Quilter in shipping your purchase to you. We do not charge a handling fee. We mainly use the United States Post Office (USPS). Insurance is available for any order, and is encouraged, as we can not be responsible for lost items, once placed in the mail by us. Just let us know your wishes in the comment section of your order.
We ship all orders Priority Mail, unless requested otherwise, with the exception of a pattern or up to 1 yard of fabric, which is mailed first class.

The actual price of shipping will not be on your emailed copy of your order confirmation; only an estimated price will be included. The actual price will be added before your credit card is charged. If paying by check or money order, be sure to confirm the actual shipping charges before mailing payment by calling us at 337-408-3730.
All orders can be picked up at The Borne Quilter, if desired, although prepayment is required. If you do not wish to give your credit card information on-line you can phone it in at 337-408-3730. Be sure to mention in the Special Shipping Instructions box that you will pick up your order. Please include your phone number so we can notify you when your order is ready.
We do not accept returns or give refunds on cut fabric. However, if an incorrect item or fabric with a manufacturer’s flaw is inadvertently sent to you, we will gladly correct the error at our cost. Copyrighted materials (i.e., books, patterns, etc.) are not returnable. Items other than cut yardage may be returned up to 30 days after purchase providing they are unused and in original condition, in which event the customer pays for return shipping costs. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of returned items upon their receipt.
